For general contractors
Send plans and the bid date to bobby@primalroof.com. Every proposal comes with a written scope: what is included, what is not, and the alternates. No surprises at buyout.
For building owners
Leaks, repairs and replacements on occupied buildings. We look at the roof, photograph what we find and give you a written price.
